Maraxus
UnderArmour's stuff is good! been on Adidas Boost running shoes and switched to UA's speedform large difference in weight and comfort. regarding shirts you could just go with any dry fit stuff and a decent shorts Quote Link to comment
narcprick
mahal ng underarmour and nike. kung tutuusin pwede ka magpagawa sa binondo ng sarili mong design mas mura pa rin labas kaysa sa nike or underarmour. medyo nakapagcanvas ako ng practice jersey. mga 1k lang ang isa. yung original from adidas mas mahal lang ng konti. pero yung ibang tops ng underarmour nasa 2k+ for long sleeves medyo nahihinayang ako. shoes pwede pa. underarmour gamit ko pang HIIT. yuber13
Shorts lang and sando. Or tshirt na hindi sobrang sikip na hirap ka makagalaw or sobrang luwag na sagabal na sa pagwoworkout. In short yung komportable at makakakilos ka ng maayos. And regarding sa shoes, if you are planning on doing deadlifts, squats, overhead presses avoid running shoes. Mas ok kung flat and incompressible ung soles. Mas magiging stable ang buhat mo pramis. Quote Link to comment
