braduz14
yung LP hindi na masyado kumakagat yung velcro after a couple of years pero baka iba yung iyo kasi yung akin walang wrist guards. pinakamaganda para sakin harbinger sa JB sports siya nabibili. meron ako yung may wrist guards pero d ko na ginagamit ang init kasi. kakabili ko lang nung walang wrist guards. ah ok try ko humanap jan ty Quote Link to comment

Paolo_21
does wearing compression shirts and leggings help reduce muscle hyper extending during work out? I mean nakaka tulong ba ito or porma lang? Thanks Quote Link to comment

MODERATOR Alex_Corvis Posted December 14, 2015 MODERATOR Share Posted December 14, 2015 does wearing compression shirts and leggings help reduce muscle hyper extending during work out? I mean nakaka tulong ba ito or porma lang? Thanks Yep it does! (surprisingly) I used to run just wearing shorts/ jogging pants. I always feel my legs are fatigued after 5K and above runs. But when I started running with compression leggings, na nawala yung fatigue. Admittedly I brought mine pang porma lang initially pero it works. Same with Kinesio Tapes. (pero you have to know where to apply it) Quote Link to comment

It is cheaper than the one in nike Quote Link to comment
