MRROUGHSEX
This is the 3rd room in the house....the Home Office. I will install a landline phone later on. Around December, I will buy myself a Christmas gift of a mini-printer. Edited February 1, 2019 by MRROUGHSEX Quote Link to comment

Ergonomic
If you travel a lot, then a condo, provided the developer is a reputable one. All you need to do is lock your door and you need not worry about being burglarized. However, if you are in your area of work most of the time, there is no better way to live than to invest in a nice house, provided that it is located in a gated community. 1 Quote Link to comment

Lover Boy 2017
House and Lot. If condo, you have to allocate your budget for your parking slot which is too pricey at this time. Quote Link to comment
Joseph Seed cult
If you can afford to be not in close proximity most of the time then house and lot but personally i cant so its condo for me. 1 Quote Link to comment
diego669
House and lot. Lower monthly dues to worry about and i can do whatever I can on my house unlike in condo wherein you have to get approval from condo management first. Quote Link to comment
