Nry8
Paying now for a house and lot, medyo challenging matapos ko sana. though I know it would be a fulfillment in the end. 1 Quote Link to comment
BoredSenpai
I prefer house and lot. While the improvement deteriorates, land prices will not go down unless something really significant happens in the area (e.g. toxic spill, some kind of geological anomaly, etc) Quote Link to comment

Wag mag-stress, no rush. The important thing is you had it started. Just let it run its course like you are renting. Quote Link to comment

peoples3
Assuming this is in Metro Manila, a lot would like house and lot (would probably appreciate in value even more). But the question probably should be: house and lot but drive 2 hours to work every day one way (or 3 hours commute every day one way) because house and lot is very expensive in Metro Manila city centers or around city centers so probably these are subdivisions already outside of Metro Manila, OR condo which is cheaper, more convenient, you live in the city center and basically 30 minutes away from most urban living essentials but you live in a box and doesn't really appreciate in value compared to a house and lot.
