Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

Recommended Posts

yep condo units don't usually depreciate. What depreciates is the structure, but the increase in the lot price makes up for it. End result is that your condo has a higher value over a few decades, but most likely not as high as say a lot you own outright.

so yes, land is better than condo because the rate of appreciation is higher and faster, but buying a condo isn't bad. It's only bad if you paid a ridiculous amount of interest to buy it, only to have it vacant 6 out of 12 months a year. Pinaka maganda pa rin pag gagamitin mo ung condo as a primary residence
