House and lot. Pero kasi currently ang mga house and lot located sa malalayo sa offices like bgc, makati, ortigas, etc. ok lang din siguro magka condo para less hassle and investment na din yun.

used to live in a house in the suburbs in QC, took us 2 hours or more to get to Makati due to traffic then; now baka 3 hours na yun.

moved to a condo closer to Makati, but still in QC, closer pa rin sa school ng kids; less travel time, more convenient, safer too, lock and go.

may move to makati by next year, so we'll see if it is a house or a condo there.

we'll move the kids there, para dun na lang kami, traffic is getting really bad.
