Why buy space that is not needed? You will just pay extra for it especially in cooling it and electricity is very expensive in Pinas and that is 24/7 expense. At first, I’m planning to live in there pero now I realized na gawin ko nalang syang pang airbnb/rental. And I will buy a house and lot nalang. I’m currently renting an old condo (around 10+ yrs old na sguro to) laging sira elevator. Hays. Nagustuhan ko lang talaga mag condo before dahil sa security since I am living alone. Pero now, parang mas gusto ko na mag H&L I have a dog and I wanted a bigger space for them to play. I just started selling again sa shopee so I really need a bigger space for my products. I want a very malaking garahe na akin lang talaga para maranasan ko naman mag carwash gorl. HAHAHAH charot. Ikaw mag carwash sa common parking ng condo. Lol Madami akong gusto, madami akong naiisip gawin sa buhay so kailangan ko pala talaga ng bigger space. Na walang masyadong restrictions. So ayun, I’ll go for H&L. Quote Link to comment
