purrtypwincess
Condo unit. I've lived in one for years and I enjoy the security and nearness to my work and all the food joints in Makati. Plus it's a few minutes away from the Fort. I love living every minute in it. Quote Link to comment

JeanLucPicard
HnL, correct me on this, if a condo building burns down (God forbid not), will you covered by fire insurance? Quote Link to comment
chi master
house and lot! pag lumidol at gumuho ang building na kinatitirikan ng condo mo, wala na pag sarili mong bahay at lupa, pagawa mo lang Quote Link to comment
twistedangel016
kung ako lang mag-isa, ok na ang condo kaya lang kapag may family na ako parang mas gusto ko ang house and lot. ü Quote Link to comment
bootiecallbabe
Living in a condominium is great!- The beauty salons are just downstairs. So are the laundry shops. They even pick up or drop off your laundry. You can even have a masseuse come over and give you an hour of relaxing massage for just 300 pesos. - The security guard in the lobby can accept your packages from the courier for you just in case you're not at home.- Most of the time there's a cab waiting when you step off the building.- You don't have to worry about the garbage truck schedule--you just throw your garbage in the chute.- You have a sauna, pool and gym at your disposal. - If you have friends visiting, you don't have to give them long instructions on how to go your house--just give them the street and building name and most of the time they can figure out how to get there. khilua23
house and lot... laging tumataas ang presyo ng lot, unlike condo.. bumababa din ang presyo ng condo unit pag tumanda na ang building.. Quote Link to comment
manilarealtybroker
I think it depends on one's specific needs, preferences, or lifestyles. There are good reasons why one chooses or prefers living in a condo or a house & lot. If you want to buy and own a fine condo unit or a house & lot in Metro Manila, I can help you... wrecker
for convenience, i live in a condo during weekdays kasi dito work namin ng wife ko para iwas traffic. on weekends uwi kasi haus sa antipolo. there is contest, mas magaan pakramdam sa isang house as compared to a condo. buffalosoldier09
I would prefer house and lot anytime of course. You have your house, AND your own lot. even if the house is gone, you still own the lot. not the case with condo units, once the building is gone, your property is gone as well. Although these days, its very hard to spot affordable and good house and lot deals here in manila. Condo might also be fine with me as long as its low rise (security precautions such as earthquakes and the like) Just my two cents, everyone :-) Quote Link to comment
johnlove
Kapag sa Manila, I prefer condo. In the suburbs, I prefer house & lot. Quote Link to comment
