torturedpriest
house and lot. In my opinion, it's not worth buying condo (unless na lahat ng ka floormate ay babae) Quote Link to comment
pajac24
house and lot, pag bahay at lupa may sukli ka pa and you can extend if you wish, pag condo. small place and a bad investment :thumbsupsmiley:  :mtc: Quote Link to comment
Jackdripah
House and Lot definitely, investment na din kasi.. Quote Link to comment

Brownman
Pagtanda ko, sa mga anak nalang ang bahay lipat na ko sa condo. Quote Link to comment
Duckie4120
Prefer a house and lot at this stage Quote Link to comment
Mild Seven
used to live in a condo after i got married, it was actually owned by my dad. spacious i might say as it was 2 floors, had a kitchen, dining area, sala, maids quarters on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor it had 3 bedrooms. it is easier to maintain than living in a house inside a village....catch was, my dad bought me a house and lot after living in the condo for a few years....it was a no brainer and left condo living. restlesszero
ciguro house and lot nalang... maganda condo but hawak mo na title sa bahay mo most of it hangin.... kasi share kayong lahat sa lupa... hawak mo titulo ng hangin.. Quote Link to comment
Solitude00
You really should have both - the condo is for convenience, and is also better if you're single. A house is just too lonely if you're alone. Quote Link to comment
captaincaveman
House and Lot. its a good investment the land appreciates unlike a condo which depriciates over time. Quote Link to comment
tik
i already have a condo pero hindi namin tinitirhan. mas maganda pa rin ang bahay kasi may bakuran ka at bukod sa maluwag, pag bukas mo ng pinto mo, puno ang nakikita mo hindi pinto. Quote Link to comment
ExNiPexy
Condo...as long as it's developed by the Ayalas Quote Link to comment
CarneChaser
Go with the House. Too many rules at condos, homeowners always going up and don't like smelling the neighbors cooking. Quote Link to comment
mantoux
I'd still prefer the house and lot. I can't do DIY things in a condo like repainting furniture, doing repairs on my van, etc. Too many condo rules also. Have to make note to admin office just to bring up my OWN furniture from my other house. Have to make note again in case I decide to take said furniture or appliance home again. Also hate waiting for the elevator. I'd rather have a house an hour's drive away from work than a condo which is walking distance from my place of work. Quote Link to comment
ngobry
i guess we need both. weekends - condosweekdays - house Quote Link to comment

luomodellupo
i've lived in both. a condo has its pluses but i'd still go for the house. Quote Link to comment
