tints97
syempre house and lot instead of condo... but im thinking of budget... syempre, how much na ba per square meter ngaun ng lot... haaay... so i guess, mapunta muna sa condo kung nagmamadali ka and later na lang house and lot... zack31
House and Lot for initial investment then if you have extra moolah buying a condo is one of the options :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
KielDaMan
Good ol' house & lot is still better, because you could design everything to your liking, whereas in a condo you will be limited to designing the interior... Quote Link to comment

maui25
It really depends on your needs and lifestyle. We have them both, condo kc near working place at top universities (for our kids) at para kahit ma stranded sa manila, meron uuwian, also a good investment (in a sense that pede mo rin sya pa upahan). H&L (malolos) para incase na ayaw na namin sa condo sa future and we want some privacy at mag unwind. :uc: Quote Link to comment
archer_fox
ms ok sa akin ang house and lot,,,u can buy anything to improve it,,sa condo very limited ang space,,di ka pa pwede magpatugtug ng malakas dahil magagalit yung katabi. sana matupad na next year yung house n lot heheheheh Quote Link to comment
Anaheim
I prefer house and lot, it appreciates in value over time while a condominium unit has all the necessary convenience it does depreciate over time due to the wear and tear of the building it stands on. jlx
house. condo is kind of like a long term lease. but it doesn't end there i grew up living in a house and tried living in a condo and i got to compare the 2 living in your own house gives us more freedom and privacy. not just separated by thin walls. also houses tend to be more spacious and more airy having several windows. the best part is having the space to put up laundry which is a major disadvantage in condos. i also love seeing something other than buildings and walls all around me but of course i guess this only holds true if you have the space. some houses have less than 100sqm which i don't really care for either. find that a tad bit too small. Speksto
house and lot pa din. mas naga-appreciate ang value ng property as compared to a condo. plus, limited space lang talaga condo. yung creativity mo limited lang sa interior design. not like pag own house, mas maganda mag-design ng house and lot kasi may kasama pang landscaping, architectural aesthetics, etc. Quote Link to comment
id6230
A buy a house or condo because I wanted to live in it and be happy with the place. Not for business. Quote Link to comment
