Parang iba pa rin kasi yung may sarili kang lupa, mas maluwag, tapos pwede mo gawin kahit ano sa space mo. Mas ramdam mo na sayo talaga siya. Kahit may maintenance at medyo mas effort, okay lang kasi long-term naman. Honestly plano ko na talaga bumili this year since nakaipon na rin ako and may enough cash na. Medyo kinakabahan lang din ako kasi malaking decision siya, pero hoping talaga na tama yung choice ko 😅 Quote Link to comment

Mine is a bit different than most condos kasi resort sya. So maluwag. Bahay bakasyunan lang din sya ng mga residents kaya every time I vacation there, halos walang tao. I can sleep sa lobby couches namin inside and around the property. There's about 20 of them. Even pool loungers are great to take naps on. I would go early in the morning and just continue my sleep on a pool lounger. And pag trip, I'll take a nap on a pool float. Presko hangin with the sea breeze. And the sound of waves soothes and relaxes. On this case, when I took this shot, there was no neighbor, just me. So solo ko lahat. Quote Link to comment

Average siguro ng nakikita ko is 10 people for 2 weeks na stay ko. And sa sunsets ko sila nakikita lumalabas, gaya ko. Other than that, it is normal to walk around the resort seeing just 1 or 2 people at a time. So, choose lang ako saan ako matulog. For example, this couch.
