silentragexx
Ayos pa din ang house and lot since you got all the space. Kaso kapag nasa metro manila ka, wala ka na halos choice kundi mag-condo. Quote Link to comment
BetlogLord
House & Lot: Mas maluwag, mas private, at may sariling lupa — ibig sabihin, totoong sayo. Pwede ka magpa-expand, may garden, may parking, pwede pa mag-alaga ng aso. Downside? Usually malayo sa city at mas mataas maintenance. Pero kung long-term ka mag-isip, mas tumataas value kasi lupa hindi nadadagdagan. Quote Link to comment
DorkVader
Depends on a lot of factors like lifestyle, financial capacity, proximity etc. I personally like the space I enjoy with my house. About a few years back, I rented a high rise condo unit near my workplace. Since I was so near my place of work, I took my,time preparing. Wow it took 35 to 40 minutes to go down the lobby using the lift. After a year when the rent contract expired, balik bahay na ako. The congestion at the elevator was so stressful. Or you need a condo with more lifts per units. Quote Link to comment
Room 101
Having lived a long time in both, the conveniences, amenities, and lifestyle of a [good] condo far outweighs house ownership and maintenance for me. Quote Link to comment
