Uubusin lang un oras ng pahinga and quality time with family ng travel time/traffic. Pipilitin bumili ng house kesyo “investment” though in reality hindi investment un house unless rental property or in to buy and sell ka ng houses. Common problem ng pinoy is pinipilit bumili ng malaking bahay dahil sa pride. only to be stuck sa monthly for 20-25yrs and bago pa matapos un bayad sa bahay graduate na ng hs or college un anak niyo and bubukod narin sila. Di din masyado makapag travel abroad un family and bakasyon kakahabol sa bayad ng house. *Make sure un monthly amort sa loans niyo (bahay + kotse) is not more than 50% ng net salary niyo. If you want stability and asset that you can acquire and sell in the future, go for house and lot. Many might not know that when you acquire a condo unit, you only have 49 years to “own” it. Afterwards, the condo developer has the rights to do whatever they want to that property. In short, it’s like a long term lease and not actually owning that propery. So go for a good path of having an actual title that is named on your behalf. Quote Link to comment
