For families house and lot is better for me as it can be passed down and generally lasts longer than condo units.

If meron ka own family + car, or gx2 mu mag buy ng car, house and lot.. if single k, and prefer mu to live alone, better n mag rent ng condo unit or apartment n mlapit s mrt stations and malls kesa bumili.. 😅

Personal preference as a single person, Condo living. For security and easy access to your needs.

House and Lot depends on family needs and also for retirement.

Would only choose a hous and lot if its in a executive village

Condo sa BGC or Makati CBD. Don't plan to have kids anyways. Condi is suitable for couples.
