Why not condo? When other units accidentally clog the pipes, you also get affected.

Living in a separate house and lot would be better especially if you are inside a safe and good subdivision which is near to all important facilities like market, hospital, church, malls and etc. Wala kang masyadong magiging problema sa mga kalapit kwarto mo.

 

Sa CONDO kasi you will continue to pay all the monthly dues, you have to contend with your kapit kawarto saka hindi sa iyo ang lupa only the unit.

 

Pero kung may extra money ka you can keep a condo unit lalo na kung bachelor ka pa..

I have a house and lot in better living but am currently renting a condo in ortogas due to the traffic situation. I work long hours so the close proximity is a big convenience. But i am more comfortable when i am home for the weekend.
