both. there are pro's and con's of course. house and lot means forever. condo, mahal, may pool ka naman sa baba, security, sexy girls in bikini's pag weekends. house, well pag walang tao, sex sa sala and sa kitchen... condo sex while neighbors can see you thru those large windows. dami, too many to mention. better to have both para may choice and escape if ever hehehe
