You can ask the taxi for contacts. I was given a handler's contact once named Joel. He had a nice selections of beauties in their early 20's. He also can show you the selections online thru Facebook but you have to message him first. You pay the transportation fee of 200 pesos. They had their health certificates with them and HIV tests within 6 months as per handler's policy. 

Take note that this province has one of the highest AIDS cases reported aside from Bicol. Exercise caution and practice safety.
