Dr Ed Concepcion. His clinic is near Claret in QC. He's been practicing accupuncture bout 20something years now.

Subjective talaga ang experience dito. First and hopefully not the last time I tried, hindi ko naramdaman na madami na palang naitusok na karayum sa akin. Except iyong 1 part sa tenga na related daw sa anxiety. Otherwise, painless iyong pagtuturok sa akin. Tapos pinapikit nila ako, ayun naramdaman ko na para akong lumulutang sa kalawakan. Tapos sabi ng practicioner na magiging maganda ang tulog ko sa gabi. Pero sa totoo gusto ko nang matulog sa counter nila hahaha. Try niyo lang kung hindi kayo takot sa mga tusok-tusok. Medyo mahaba kasi iyong mga ginamit na karayum haha.

Not really that effective - you just lie on the table while needles are stuck into you. Mas enjoyable pa tumawag ng 250 pesos home service massage.

Ok naman, na relieve ang pagka stiffness ng lower back muscles ko. Needles then attach sa machine na magbibigay ng low current to stimulate the muscles. Got it done for once a week session for 3 weeks.

depende sa nature ng body pain. depende din sa kakayahan ng acupuncturist. may mga klase ng pananakit ng katawan na easily recognizable kapag narelieve na ng acupuncture.
