I had three sessions for my back pain when I was involved in a car accident before; It's bloody good. I will do it again for stress naman.

Hi guys, pardon my ignorance, do they use the same needles always, if yes hindi ba delikado yun?

i have a friend who does acupuncture. he breaks each needle after using it. then again, that is is SOP. i do not know if other acupuncture practitioners do the same thing.

as far as i can tell, acupuncture works. my martial arts teacher used it on me on several occasions. it helped manage the swelling of my knees and ankles. however, i won't say that it is a cure-all. it is best to consult a TCM practitioner first. in my case, it was a combination of acupuncture + herbal wraps.
