Patay_Sindi
Classic Chicken Marinade This marinade gives an "Oriental" twist to chicken. Perfect for grilling or a summer picnic. For healthy eating, be sure to use skinned and de-fatted chicken breasts. 1 c. Soy Sauce1 c. Harmony Classic White1 lrg onion chopped2 Tbsp crushed garlic1-1/2 Tbsp crushed Ginger1-1/2 tsp dried Mustard2 tsp mild or 1-1/2 tsp spicy Curry Powder½ tsp ground Marjoram Mix together in a plastic bag and add meat. Soak for 4-24 hours under refrigeration. Will marinate 10-12 chicken breasts. To modify this basic marinade for use with fish, add 2 Tbsp Lemon juice and 1 Tbsp Lime juice, and eliminate the Marjoram. Quote Link to comment
