metrobank.  very few tellers on duty. tagal ng mga transaction. akala nila ok merong seating pero fast service ang hanap ng tao.

BPI (pero depende sa branch siguro), ang bagal nang service nila sa tao, last September nag open ako account took me 3 hrs sa pila palang.

This will depend on the service you are availing. Meron kasing pang branch, retail, loans, trust at cards.

One thing i am sure. I am very satisfied with BPI. Closed all of my other accts and cards from other banks already.

sablay service ng eastwest bank. pati website at mobile app. BPI solid pa din. Security Bank ok din yung new mobile app at website. PSBank, sakto lang.

Exhibit A: for a simple password reset, you have to submit an signed affidavit only for nothing to happen.

maganda sa bpi may mga cash terminals sila for weekends and after banking hours. but sa loob ng branch, nagtitipid yata sila sa manpower, konti ng tellers per branch

I guess BDO knew that the Exportbank "cheap dealer" was one of the so-called "generals" here in MTC.
