fortysixer
I have also experienced how lousy is the service here in BDO.It happened last April when we tried to upgrade my son's savings account to a checking account. They would'nt let us.The teller told us that we need to have a "constant" deposit of at least 25k for at least6 months before they can upgrade it.WHATTT!!!!was my reaction. The teller realizing how strange their policy was, whispered "Im sorry Sir" Dito sa Dubai, kahit na anong bangko, pwede kang magbukas ng kahit anong account basta may pera kang idedeposito.Putsa, 250,000 ang ipapasok ko, Sorrry daw. tsktsktsk Quote Link to comment

Dragon_Slayer
If that's the case, make a written complaint detailing your transactions and demand reimbursement. If I were you, I would not leave P10,000 or even P2,000 to them without making a really noisy fuss about it all the way to their senior management. Quote Link to comment

Architect khaLiLLe
EASTWEST Bank namputa mpapamura ka talaga dito. Marami nangungulit saken na agents from this damn bank to apply for a credit card. I always tell them I don't need a credit card anymore. I received a credit card na hindi ko inapply, tinanggap ko naman kasi pandagdag na din ito for luxury spending. Ang problema kulang ng second name ung card and request it to be delivered at home kaya what i did was call the hotline and ask for a new card before i request for it's activation. Para sigurado, i e-mailed them to request for the card with my complete name to be delivered at my house. Lintek talaga, charge ako ng 200pesos for new card delivery daw. Pumayag at sabi 7-10 working days daw. Tinawagan ko ulit ang sabi "this week rest assured your card will be delivered sir". OK so i waited again until humingi na sa akin ng docs of my job employment. Npakasimpleng favor. :grr: Edited October 17, 2009 by Architect khaLiLLe Quote Link to comment

harri
PNB I agree with that, though this is a different scenaryo. My cousin had her account closed, nagamit nya ng sagad yung money nya sa account which led to the closing of her account. May darating dapat sya remittance from abroad, nung chineck nya yung atm, closed na, its natural na ma close yung account. So, I told her na kausapin yung BPI if ever pwedeng buksan uli yung account, sayang naman yung account, pati maganda yung previous record nya sa account, nagkataon lang na gipit lang talaga. Next day punta sya sa BPI then kinausap nya yung "Heavy Built na Lady"sa accounts ang sabi ba naman sa kanya, "3000 para iopen uli yan account, kasi naman, ginagawa nyo kaming sari sari store", sarcastic ang pagkaka deliver, napahiya tuloy yung cousin ko in front ng maraming tao, my cousin's personality was a quiet-shy one, so she just let it pass, recently lang nya naikwento. I told her, if that happens again, I would defintely file a complain. Personally, I have no angst against BPI branches, I just hope they work on customer service more seriously, it will be their lost eventually. Branch:BPI Branch Mayon / Near Mercury Drugs.i think this is a valid complaint. unlike some complaints like standing in line for an hour kasi mahabang mahaba ang pila! eh mahaba ang pila kaya matagal naghihintay! eh kung walang pila mabilis ka lang matapus!
