It is not necessary pero in my opinion, it is good to have it done. Ang benefits ng circumcision will last till lifetime, like prevention of UTI's. If done at birth, walang bleeding, minimal maintenance and lower risk of infection. You only need to put petroleum jelly for like 2 weeks and keep it clean and dry. Ang mahirap kasi tradition natin sa Pinas ang magpatuli when the child is older. Its harder to take care when the child older and more active.
