My room was serviced by 2 employees of TIMBERPRO when my money which was hidden in a very secure place, amounting to almost 100 grand was stolen. It so happened that the "secure" hiding place had to be serviced by them due to a threat of "anay" infestation. It was partly my fault for not inspecting their bags right after the inspection, and it was very unfortunate that they had already left when I discovered the theft. Forget the money! It was the treatment of the owners (Facuri family) that really enraged me! I reported the incident to them, and politely asked them to subject the 2 employees to an investigation, they replied with- FILE A CASE AGAINST OUR INSPECTORS IF YOU WANT. WE'VE GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT INCIDENT. And as if to show-off and intimidate me, they event sent me a letter from big-time lawyer Mr. Fortun claiming their innocense and that they were ready to face me in court. I wasn't telling them to repay the money that I lost. I was simply asking them for assistance and their cooperation in subjecting their employees to an investigation, the cost of which I was willing to shoulder. I never got my hard earned money back...
