Chickquero
In our time and in a place like Metro Manila and in all US metro areas, there's no more room for M/T. That's why even most SUV's are now all in ATÂ Before only real men could drive and there was no need for automatics. But the US and the world is now becoming feminized so car manufacturers responded to this huge untapped market of women and gays who can't drive by making more automatics. Quote Link to comment
clandestinecuddles
Automatic- Its easier to drive at di masakit ang katawan after a long drive. I don't like to shift gears and make kambio all the time. Quote Link to comment
lonelyhubby
i still prefer the manual transmission, its more reactive and you have more control over the vehicle, after some time, changing gerars will be like breathing, as long as you are not a clutch driver, i dont think it should be a problem Quote Link to comment

kalibo101
manual para pwede ka din mag automatic Quote Link to comment
trebreg
pag trapik, i wish automatic dala ko... pero masarap parin talaga yung nako control mo yung gear changes lalo na kapag unahan from traffic stop  although may mga tiptronic naman na ngayon na automatic... Quote Link to comment
manz
Though my current ride has a manual transmission, I plan to shift to an a/t for my next ride. I just find the stop and go traffic intolerable. Quote Link to comment
sarumonkey
manual para controlled ang acceleration Quote Link to comment

sandy51
I would prefer manual sana because I feel that I have more control. But manual in our traffic hurts my legs after some time. My wallet too because of the premature wear of clutch disc Quote Link to comment
Richard_Osorio
If medyo bago model nung car equipped with CVT. I prefer A/T. Mas matibay ang A/T as long as properly used at maintained. I had mine for 14 years hanggang ibenta, never nasira yung transmission. Yung M/T namin mas magastos since ilang beses na pinapalitan ng clutch disc & plate hehe. And besides yung mga modern A/T cars are now equipped with tiptronic transmission/paddle shifter Quote Link to comment
