Why Are Fat People Sensitive?

Look at it this way, because of all the hatred and insecurities a "fat" person has,  anything negative towards him/her results to "hurt". The compilation of jokes (whether indirectly or directly) has made that person more sensitive to what people have to say, since the nastyness comes from who their surrounded by. just my two cents. regardless of, i think we should be sensitive on what we have to say to anyone (whether fat, thin, pretty, ugly).

because there are people who discriminates us an eye sore and doesnt have any right to fashion, love and fame.people like us have been always a topic of laughter and embarassment;people w/ extra baggage who strives hard to get up each day and go thru a lot of discrimination from people they are always with and from those people who are complete strangers;

people doesnt have any right to judge us the way we look...we are still human beings...capable of loving and getting hurt.we might be bigger, and usually looks like made of strong stuff...but we are the ones who usually sits in the corner and cries when no one is watching..

i'm fat and proud of it.

 

Before i had my share of rejections basically because i'm fat. people find me smart and witty and funny then they see me and they see that i'm fat. and i won't here from them after that. i went to that phase for several months. the rejection phase. maybe that's the reason why some of us are insecure, because non-fat people see us as somebody not worthy of their time.

 

i'm fat and i'm proud of it. maybe you guys should go to the biggies thread. there you would see and meet a LOT of big and fat people who are not insecure but VERY PROUD that we are big.

ako, i grew up average height and weight, when i started to add lbs and people started to tell me "ang laki-laki mo na" or "oi, ang laki mo ngayon" or hey, what happened to you, lumobo ka", i would smile disregard it kc i was in denial...

 

but after looking into the mirror eh totoo nga. baby hippo na ako..

 

what more sa mga bata pa lang ganon na.. normally it'll be a life full of embedded insecurities.. minsan they build the self confidence kc malaki din yung members ng immediate family especially kung pati relatives din. but to those exposed sa masa, eh they are disctinct icons like tall lanky people.. kitang-kita ang extrang taba...

 

in all honesty, nakaka insecure when you see sculptured bodies of other men competing for ladies... how do i hide this gut.. hinde ako hihinga all nite.. nye..

 

but one thing i learned, "fat chicks" are as good the sexy, eye candy girls... and they accept fat guys too.. of course in all honesty mas exciting pag sexy or slim yung may type sayo.. sobra heaven feeling when i was smitten by a young sexy teenage lady.. i thought i won the lottery.. friends pa rin kame after the break-up.. yung ex ko na chubby chick was also a gem, had to leave for the states though.. so, to each his own, respetohan na lang...

 

gusto ko bang pumayat? syempre... but if im to be this big for the rest of my life, its ok... basta i remain healthy (magpapapayat cguro sa right weight and size) and i know i would still find my girl... whichever side of the weight fence man sya...

 

lets liberate ourselves, fat is big.. but not necessarily bad... love the bulge... :-)

classic example... pag may matabang sumakay sa jeep at siya na ang huling pasahero sigurado magbubulungan yung mga pasahero kesyo masikip na at hindi man lang naisip ng dispatcher o driver... at pag narealize nung mataba na hindi na siya kasya sa jeep at bumaba na siya, i'm sure sangkaterbang side comments ang aabutin nya sa mga pasahero...

This is so true. Masyado kasing harsh ang ating culture sa mga matatabang tao. We find them cute pero we express such affection in negative terms such as baboy, boyba, biik, napag-lilipasan, etc. As a people, we need to stop this nonsense and become more sensitive to people's feelings.

hhhmmm.... is this a generalized impression. cguro everyone has their own sensitivity level... everybody is unique in his/her own way.... pero ako, sensitive...
