When someone you know talks about taking their own life or says things that sound like a suicide plan, it can be very upsetting. You may not know whether to take the talk of suicide seriously. You also may wonder whether you could make the situation worse by getting involved. Taking action is always the best choice.

I would find professional help for her. That's not something you take lightly. But worst case scenario and it does happen, you can't blame yourself. It's her life, and her choice to do something so drastic.

I experienced from my 2 exes na sinabihan ako ng ganyan, that they'll end their lives.  The first one, I had to be with her until she calmed  -- for about 2 days.   Binawi ko yung break-up namin para kumalma na sya and then nung kalmado na saka ko lang sinabi na mas gugustuhin ba nya kami knowing na pilit or break muna and then maybe in the future magkachance ulit.   Yung sumunod naman, she was my ex and then nagkaBF sya na masama so she tried to get back with me.  Sinabihan nya rin ako and again para kumalma sya, hindi ako kumalas.  Even up to now walang official break-up.

Let them kill themselves. Their old enough for sure to enter in an adult relationship so they should be old enough to weigh in on the consequences. Just my two cents worth.
