I love the callcenter scene but after almost 2 years, I am still an agent... (has to do with the account being saturated, old and of course company politics)

 

Does anybody know where can I apply as something other than an agent... If posible I would like to be a Trainer for a technical account. When I think about it, it feels like all the expericence and knowledge i gained would just go to waste if i end up as a sales agent.
