Let me correct you on this.

The terms "phase one, two etc" are semantic.

e.g. a person starts out doing GVT or EDT since it is his initial workout it should be considered his first phase, but people call it "phase 3" or if you stat out on a progression and people term it "phase 2" when it is initially your first phase.

That is why it is better to call he workouts their proper terms

Both Strength training and Aerobic activities are a must. Then keep to under 1500 calories per day. That should do the trick.

strength training, yes... aerobic training no. i've seen people have such a hard time losing fat despite eating clean and doing a ton of aerobic training. Once they shifted to anaerobic training, only then did they stat really losing the fat

1. Change what you're doing.

You need to do squats, deads pullups and standing military presses.

2. You need to be genetically predisposed to getting big to get really massive, plus taking some amounts of steroids

3. Believe me, all chest and bicep work never produced a decent body.

@Olympus, can u suggest workouts for girls? just to lose weight because of stubborn fat on her arms, belly, thighs, that wont go away. Currently she does cardio only. Shes afraid of gaining too much muscle and look muscular so she stays away from weights. Any help or program suggestion would be great. All the stuff on the net ive read on womens workouts are about aerobic workouts and like 20 rep crunches or 20 rep leg extensions.

I pretty much know that i just have to jumpstart her metabolism but i dont know how to do it properly which she can also enjoy at the same time. I know it should be an intense workout which is what i do (currently back to EDT's) but she doesnt want to do that...hehe. any alternatives if ever?

thanks
