Olympus
Guys, just a question... I'm a newbie in terms of weightlifting/bodybuilding.. I'd like to know what's the best alternative food supplement for me other than AMINO ACID like CREATINE etc... I've heard from a friend that taking AMINO ACIDS could cause pimples to appear, not just in the face but all over the body as well... Also, what's best among these two ??? Whey Protein or Mega Mass ??? Hope anyone could shed light on these matter... Thanks!!! :hypocritesmiley: If you are eating properly, you won't need to take these supplements. Get your eating habits in check to begin with before taking in any supplements Quote Link to comment

I just want to build and tone my muscles especially the abs part the easiest way possible... i can see people who workout hard for about 2 to 3 hours a day or so without taking any supplements like amino acids and it seems that their body only grew big but not that toned unlike those bodies of models... Amino's won't give you pimples because amino's don't mess with your hormones, it's that simple. if you want that model body then what you need to do is build muscle and lean out, and if you're lucky and are a mesomorph you can possibly build muscle without gaining too much fat with a sound diet/training...There's no other way. And if you're unlucky and gain fat easily, you're diet better be perfect! no exceptions! Quote Link to comment

Did you ever consider that many people are always on crappy program and diets? I've seen people make tremendous results with proper eating and training without any supplements Quote Link to comment

enkateam
I can naver manage anything more than 15 min yeah, its a tough cardio program but its fast and you don't get bored. That's my big problem because cardio is so boring to me. I did HIIT when I was getting ready for a boracay trip about 2 years ago and it got me really lean. By the time I was leaving for boracay I was a mere 6.6% bf. Bigandtasteh, if you do it right and your diet is on track, you should get great results! Quote Link to comment
