I have 2 condo units which i am currently renting for vacation rentals, see if it matches your needs.

2 Units of furnished studio size condo for 2 persons each in a newly built 5-storey building along San Rafael Street San Miguel District in Manila, a stone throw away is the Malacanang Palace.

The 2 studios are both equipped with 1-hp air-conditioners, furnished with (10” thick orthopedic mattresses) a queen sized bed, the other unit with 2 single size bed. The studio units both have its own toilet & bath with hot/cold shower. 20” color TV, 7-cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen wares are also available. Towels and linens provided.

The condo has just been turnover last april 2008, clean, maintained and safe with 24-hour security besides being guarded by the Presidential Security Guards (PSG). Walking distance to San Miguel, St. Jude and San Sebastian Churches.

From the condo, a 5 minute drive brings you to Manila City Hall, Lawton, Quiapo, Sampaloc, Sta. Cruz, Recto and Sta. Mesa. A 10 minute drive brings you to the US Embassy, Rizal Park, Manila Cathedral, Intramuros and Fort Santiago. For shopping purposes, there is SM-Manila, Robinsons’Place in Ermita, SM Centerpoint in Sta Mesa. The condo is about 30 minutes drive away from the airport. It is accessible to all public transport including the light rail transit (LRT-1 and LRT-2).

Minimum of 3 nights stay is required. Rate are as follows:

Daily rate: PhP 1,250/day inclusive of utility bills and HOA dues

Monthly rate: PhP 25,000/month exclusive of utility bills (water, electricity and HOA dues)

I've been to one of these apartelles but not in fairview. Marami nito sa manila. Along recto or the avenida area. These are small apartelles and usually they house the local prostis. Confirmed to na from 300-500 and bayad sa kanila and you have to pay for their room... thats right, you pay for their room. Kasi usually wala pa boundary mga yan at may utang sila dun sa apartelle. In my exp, ang room ay 140php, pero let me warn you.. these places are dirty.. Pros din ang mga girls, if ur a lurker or a newbie here, i dont advice you to try these places. Lolokohin kayo mga babae. In terms of quality, mura eh.. what do you expect.. mga 3-6.. I did this only once, and hindi na ako babalik.. makakamura ka nga pero para mong kinawawa sarili mo... un lang sa akin... hope this helps the curious people there.

Prince is somewhat like a 'boutique' hotel with a doorman manning its extrance. Oasis is more like a residential condo. Both were across the parking block inbetween PLDT bldg (main entrance which face Makati Ave) & Enterprise Tower.

 

As for the 3rd, it is the condo (forgot the name) prior to the first 7-11 at dela Rosa (this is 1-way, coming from Makati ave) almost within stone throw from Enterprise Tower.

 

At Prince, you got to check-in & ask the doorman for XS room-service. The other 2, ask the lobby guards. Gals at Prince are mixed (locals & imports). The other 2, dominantly S. American latinas... sometimes whites.

 

I with my visiting former expat colleagues had avail of such service twice last year, all courtesy of the Prince's doorman. Latinas' quality & expertise... triple As!

 

Just take note, imports are not cheap!! Rates were 4500- & up (not including hosting damages).

Next... downtown Manila, at formerly known as "Premier" hotel (remodeled since) in PLaza Sta. Cruz, Fourth floor & up. Majority are expat gals from HKG/Macau/PRC, each has their own hosting rooms. They also gave authentic Oriental massages.
