Currently id say best bang for buck is bf4 on console or pc. Tons of content may small at big maps 32 vs 32 players. Ok rin rainbow six siege

pag campaign (single player), i am torn between Call Of Duty and Battlefield franchises. But I noticed that the graphics engine for Battlefield is faster than that of COD, but I like the storyline of COD better especially the Modern Warfare series. COD Ghost has also an excellent storyline.

 

for multiplayer, CS all the way. nothing beats it.

In terms of overall package, i would say Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. It's the reason why we get an annual COD game.
