IgniT1on
-Be yourself lalo sa mga interview, sa work naman wag ka matakot magkamali kasi kasama yan sa pag grow pero wag lang lagi, yung mga pagkamali mo gawin mong motivation or lesson. -Wag oo nang oo learn to say no lalo pag alam mong sinasamantala ka nalang, kasi dyan naabuso nang iba yung kabaitan mo. -Know your worth isa to sa natutunan ko -Huwag ipagpalit ang mga totoong kaibigan mo (hs, college or elementary friends for example) sa mga bagong taong nakilala mo kasi hindi lahat totoo sayo. -Welcome to the real world, be yourself, never stop learning at pag stress ka lalo sa work mag unwind lang hehe, inom mga ganun kasama ang mga kaibigan or trip with your family. Jacknife
This is what I always tell new people under me, " You are not working for me or the company, you are working for yourself and your family. Employees, including me, are disposable, so make sure that you take advantage of what the company can offer you no matter how small it its. If you find better opportunities, make sure you grab it, di na uso ang utang ng loob when it comes to employment." Quote Link to comment
