iggy112 Posted May 26, 2016 Share Posted May 26, 2016 Just recently discovered Dos Mestisos in Boracay. Really good paella. My guess is rather than using the standard meat broth they use mussels broth.This balances out the paella really well Tapas are really good too. Quote Link to comment
