When I was living alone in the US around 15 years ago, I used to go to the airport to ward off depression. Back then, you can actually go all the way to the gate to meet or drop off your companion. Do you remember that opening and closing scene from Love Actually, where they show all the happy faces of people meeting at the airport? I used to do that, taking photos of people meeting at the airport. You can really see the happiness in their faces, and the joy is contagious. I felt so much better after that.
