I usually go out for a walk, regardless of where. But I prefer walking in malls because of AC. 😉

Recently, nagpupunta ako sa suki kong barbero kapag frustrated at malungkot ako. I think it makes me brand new whenever i get a haircut...

not only siguro na mas nakakagandang lalaki talaga pag bagong tabas pero good vibes lang lagi talaga sa mga barber shop...kwentutan at tawanan na may onting soundtrip lalo na pag friendly competition lang mga barbero sa isang shop

Sa bahay lang, naglilibang sa mga games o kahit ano sa internet. Kung minsan pumupunta sa massage spa para marelax, magsa-shopping, o kaya kakain ng masarap sa labas.

Sometimes go outside to see friends, but most of the times I call my friends to come over to our house. 

My Dad always says when I'm attacked by depression and mental health problems, to find a religion where I think I would fit in. He always insists that having a religion is very important and it would cure me physically and mentally. But I don't believe in that, based on my experiences and observations, too much toxicity happens inside a religious group or religions. That's why I don't believe religion would save me. It's the family, friends, loved ones and most especially God (an unknown higher being). I believe that there is a God(s)/Higher being(s) who created us. But I don't believe that there is a certain God like Jesus, Budha, etc.
