Torn ACL and PCL, right knee. Torn MCL, left knee. Torn ligament, left ankle. Strained rotator cuff, left shoulder. Plantar fasciitis, left foot. Bursitis, both knees. Broken nose. Small gash under the chin, required two stitches.

 

Lahat yan dahil sa daily commute.

 

Joke lang. Lahat yan dahil sa basketball.

pasa, kalmot, temporary amnesia dahil sa knockout, bukol, basag na mukha, maliliit na sprain, mga braso at binti na hindi maigalaw, bruised ribs at kung ano-ano pa. hindi away kalye iyan, sa sparring iyan dati sa boxing/mma gym. hindi na ako napalaban sa amateurs. buti na lang din. mas mahirap pa lumaban sa amateur kesa pro. mababa ang timbang na hinahabol niyo, gugulpihin ka ng kalaban mo tapos kikita ka lang ng 3k at isang medal na mas maliit pa sa limang piso. tapos nagtatampo ang mga pro na hindi milyon ang sinasahod nila. nakakaiyak.

re-injured my right knee sa basketball. happened last September pa, nagkatamaan ng mga tuhod during a loose ball scramble.

upto now, nde pa din 100%. I have to wear patella strap and cutdown on my fun runs to let it heal

hopefully ok na sya before my 25k run sa last week of Oct

re-injured my right knee sa basketball. happened last September pa, nagkatamaan ng mga tuhod during a loose ball scramble.

upto now, nde pa din 100%. I have to wear patella strap and cutdown on my fun runs to let it heal

hopefully ok na sya before my 25k run sa last week of Oct

i was fortunate to finish 25k without any issues (yun nga lang lakad na yung last kms)

kaso i have an upcoming 22k (gatorade run) in 2weeks and my right knee is still not 100% :(

i got plantar fasciitis when i started running

nawala din naman sya after ilang months

regular stretching/massage sa foot before and after run/bball and during morning/after waking up. dun kasi sya masakit usually

plus inom alaxan for the pain.. didn't stop me from my activities though :)

question sa may mga plantar fasciitis. i injured both my heels nung nag deadlift ako with poor form months ago. anong ginagawa nyong therapy aside sa deep tissue massage? gumaling na ba yung injury nyo? hassle di ako maka takbo dahil dito.

Yung ibang doctor pag may plantar sa mga athletes is hinahayaan nila to go through the pain kasi eventually mapupunit din yung litid na yun. Alam ko kay junemar fajardo ganun pinagawa nila nung finals vs alaska.

Yung ibang doctor pag may plantar sa mga athletes is hinahayaan nila to go through the pain kasi eventually mapupunit din yung litid na yun. Alam ko kay junemar fajardo ganun pinagawa nila nung finals vs alaska.

Napupunit ba ang Plantar? ouch. ang sakit pa naman nun. I usually do stretching pero minsan sobrang sakit talaga hindi na tolerable. I was advised to lose weight.

 

Cramps you need to hydrate well tska stretching na nakahwak ka sa wall tapos istretch mo ung heels mo. Ako ginagawa ko un to prevent cramps. Sprains naman ankle roll dapat.
