AnakNaTikoy Posted March 30 Share Posted March 30 Fucked up toes on both feet from banging them on things while working out. Malas lang talaga, but thankfully my lifting isn't affected. Every few months, I do get minor injuries that disrupt my lifting, like knee pain. The key is not to stop working out completely, just modify it while doing rehab on the injured part.
