for 28 years i lived in malacanang palace complex, access to all major gimik places... but now, i like it here in cainta, just beside the golf course hundreds of feet above sea level... cool air, peaceful neighborhood.

well thats your opinion, if you think qc and san juan is the best place the live there as i said people have different satisfactions of theire life. i was just wondering kung sabi mo qc and san juan na ang best place ngayon how come all the realty advertisment they always state the approximetly ng property nila sa makati? ., anyway you put it  makati pa rin ang  stauts symbol in terms of style and class. sorry its already a known fact duh.

Ever since my house was built 3 years ago - I've only had to use the aircon a few times. Mahangin at malamig!

well well well, just read at the post, lots of people like to have at least a condo in makati,i was just wondering bakit kaya?, and lahat naman ng binabangit mo na place is sooo far from each other hindi lang qc yon eh gusto mo siguro tumira sa lahat na lugar na yon be specific kung saan mo talaga gusto bago ka makipag argue anyways dont say na hindi hip ang makati dahil walang maniniwala sayo maybe your mom will., dahil makati pa rin ang financial district kaya doon pa rin nagrereflect ang economic and social status ng pinas. in your first post sabi o gusto mo ng tahimik na lugar, mas mabuti pa sa batanes ka nalang tumira kung gusto mo ng tahimik na lugar or sa north cementary. nyehehehe

Naman naman! karamihan nagsasabi sa post dito gusto tumira sa makati puro condo. eh village meron ba nagsabi? pano naging malayo yun eh magkakatabi yun. malayo yung place na yun? greenhills-galeria-podium-metrowalk-libis? baka sa TUGEGARAO yung sinasabi mo.

 

Sabi ko sa unang post ko san pinaka gitna. binanatan mo ako ng hip place at boring dito. so kailangan prove mo yang sinabi mo. Prove mo ano hip place jan. hirap ba? wla na kasi eh. Yung mga gusto tumira jan meron sila mga reasons bakit type nila jan. maybe malapit sa work nila. pero im not sure kung dahil hip jan.

 

ang sinasabi ko saan pinaka convinient at gitna na place and sure san juan and qc yun. ang binabanat mo social status. eh ano gagawin ko sa social status? usok ng mga bus jan araw araw sasaluhin ng ilong mo tpos social status pa rin. karamihan din kilala ko mahilig sa social status kulang mga pera nila sa luho nila.

 

by the way mahilig ka sa hip pero dapat ikaw mukha ka hip. baka mas hip pa sayo yung taga batanes kakahiya yan.

 

Tapos medyo gandahan mo naman mga tira mo. una sa hell mo ako pinapatira tapos sa north cementary. nadadamay tuloy mga taga makati sa pagiging baduy mo.

 

so ang pinaguusapan gitna na place at madali access sa lahat ng lugar. pero pinasok mo na rin yung pagiging hip so kailangan mo i-prove yan.

Hindi rin ko rin maisip pano naging hip tumira sa financial district. baka i-compare mo na naman sa new york yung makati ha. para ka nagcompare ng strawberry sa santol.

i dont want to argue with you anymore. tumira ka sa kung saan mo gusto tumira but for me makati pa rin ang best place to live. kung greenhills gusto mo di doon ka if you can afford it. and kaya nga marami ang gusto tumira sa makati even in verstehen? yes even me i live in a condo here in makati (manhattan pplace to be exact) but we also have a house in palanan. and lastly why cant i compare new york to makati im just comparing it as each countries financial district which is right so dont be stupid for thinking im trying to compare it in other aspect. bist du tepat?
