Nag shadow boxing for 1 1/2 hours, then went for a good massage and then went home for a good night sleep, tapos ayos na ako.

Knee jerk reaction was to blame myself for what i did and what i didn't do.

 

After running the thoughts over and over, i almost always convince myself that it was her loss, and not mine.

 

Corrective action is to find a new and better replacement.

I try to cope with it without loosing my cool...most of the time I even treat my friends when I have a break-up.think of it positively,and let your hangover take care of the rest. :upside:
