MaryRoulk Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 Hi there...can you tell me, pretty much as the topic title suggests, what alternative exercises there are for people with flexion sensitivities - what could you do in place of chest lifts etc? I understand with osteoporosis theres no other similar exercise youd ask them to do - so what substitutes do you give them in a mat class so that theyre not just doing nothing? Any suggestions welcome - thanks in advance...and exercises without equipment would be preferable.... Wonderful natural ] arthritis medications or?.. "NoFlam". What do you make of it?
