1. Sour dough bread with olive oil and balsamic

2. Salmon tartare

5. Dark chocolate lava cake

6. Steamed tanigue with buttered young corn, chayote and carrots.

 

Beverage : I'm a cabernet sauvignon.

 

(Not a perfect pair for my meal though.... it needs a chardonnay)
