check the display cable / power cable of monitor, check if your vc has an issue

Youtube is a great place to start. They have a bunch of tutorial videos on how to dismantle GPU's fan.

After nyan, need mo ng

1. lakas ng loob

2. Appropriate tools

3. Replacement fan (Meron sa shoppee or lazada) - make sure na same fan size at same bracket.

4. since natanggal mo yung heatsink module, replace mo na din yung thermal paste.

Yes. Wala namang issue as long as supported ng mobo mo yung port nung fan

Ayaw mo try DIY paps? Set BIOS to boot lang from USB then create bootable USB stick installer. Old tech ko pa nagawa to, tinker with Linux distros. Burn installer DVD pa ginagawa ko haha

One more thing you can try out bootable Linux distros, no need to install, it just loads upon boot from USB or DVD even CD, for older tech that still have optical drives.
