Laptop is a Compaq Presario c500. Nahulog siya. Umandar pero yung display has shifted to the left and to upwards. Baka puwede ma tulongan.

 

Everything is okay. Except for the display. Yung laptop kasi walang dial unlike sa CRT na may horizontal at vertical control. At yung mga bago may mga auto setting.

already tried crl+alt+ arrow keys

i also re-installed the driver of the videocard, ganoon pa rin.

 

already tried and external monitor both lcd and crt, the display is normal. I made a screenshot normal din ang labas. I had to use my cam to get a picture.

 

 

since nahulog sya and you've tried using an external monitor, most probably, may natanggal o nasira syang internals.... take it to a repair shop.

Went to an authorized service center of HP, replace daw yung LCD. They quoted 20+k for the LCD.

that's what i thought.

a suggestion is also to bring it to a shop which repairs laptop computers. they might have some cheaper options.

May crack po ba ang LCD? Try reseating the LCD cable from the board.. It might work...

 

@DenonE , if youre not running on Vista, 4gig is a waste...

 

you need to run Vista 64bit, not the 32bit version so that you can utilize yung buong 4GB.

Its a Compaq Centrino Duo bought around 2006 in Dubai. If I put 2 pcs of 2GB of Memory, ok lang po ba? Salamat po. :mtc:

- Pwede po bang DDR3 na Video Card (connect to PCE-E) ang bilhin kahit DDR2 lang ang memory ko

- Ano Pong Pinaka murang Video Card na may HDMI Interface ang pwede sa Board ko, balak ko kasi bumili ng SAMSUNG 2333HD as my monitor.

- May nakita ako "palit 8400gs 512mb 64bit ddr2" - is it any good? yan kasi ang pinaka murang Video Card na nakita ko With HDMI Interface kaso 64bit lang

im using a vista home edition.. some updates won't install when it downloads it automatically... what do i do?

Tanung ko lang po panu ko ma disable yun system restore ko. Di ko siya ma click same with sa Safe mode. May remove lang sana ako na virus.

 

Admin login po yan, using Win XP SP3.

pwedeng pwede yung vc na GDDR3 iba naman yung mem sa vc

may HDMI issue ang 2333hd sa pc input connect ka na lang sa DVI wala naman pagkakaiba.

advice ko lang kung kukuha ka ng vc go for GDDR3 na mem nung vc

hi guys, i have 3 issues with my PC now.... hope you can help...

 

1. The PC does not boot up right off the first try, i need to hit the reset button before it starts up.. at first, nag ye-yellow light lang ung monitor pero di nag bo-boot up...

 

2. windows genuine notification -- how do i get rid of this?

 

3. "Cannot find CSCR.exe" error message... any ideas guys?

 

also, can you recommend a good, FREE trojan or virus cleaner?
