I think it depends on a lot of factors bro but the best way is to have a calorie count para yung calorie deficit mo is at least estimated, usually it's 20-25% ng total calorie consumption mo... usually it's your weight in pounds x 13 to 15 depende sa intensity ng exercise mo, try 15 if you are active naman (say, 8,000-10,000 steps per day) from there subtract 25% from your total calorie consumption and if you are lean, stay within the 1kg per pound of body weight madaming factors bro!
