do these supplement have side effects?

Yes: the side effect of taking your money.

There's a segment of the population that may benefit from actual fat-burning drugs like Ozempic, but only a tiny sliver of us have the amount of disposable income to spend on such drugs.

Any supplements beyond that are outright useless as a direct fat burning supplement. Besides, they are supplements, meaning you take them if and only if you have the basics covered. And those that ask this rarely do.

Are you eating healthy and can consistently eat at a caloric deficit? Kung dito palang "no" yung sagot mo, then leave this thread (& into the diet threads) and get your eating under control.

If you're gonna lose weight, you had also better start (o seryosohin mo) lifting, or any resistance training with progressive overload. Losing weight without that will be equal amounts fat & muscle, so you'll just look skinny-fat and feel weak & hungry.
