As if meron talent yung bondying na yon, nabubulag lang si chot sa laki nya. Wala nga ginawa yon nung match up nila ng SMB last conference.

eh gusto pa naman ni bondying mapunta sa SMB!

as expected chot is really pushing SMC management to acquire him!

the ateneo channels are really finding ways to make this work!

coca cola mainit na din laro nila ngayon...ganda ng move nila sa trade

You really are the most senseless waste in the entire universe. No wonder your mom became a slut after having you as a faggot son.

Imagine this, she had you inside her tummy for 9 months and when she first saw you when you were born she can only think of 3 words to say . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ANAK NI JANICE!!!

SMB STILL IN OUTRIGHT SEMIS HUNT WITH EASY WIN

8 in double figures as Beermen score 7th straight win

Wednesday, 23 May 2007

The rampaging San Miguel Beermen left no doubt early that they meant business against the Welcoat Dragons.

The Beermen thundered out of the gate and zoomed to the finish as they annihilated the Dragons, 119-79, to stay in the fight for an outright semis seat in the 2007 Talk N Text PBA Fiesta Conference at the Ynares Center in Antipolo Wednesday night.

"This is one of those nights when just everybody makes his shots. Sila naman halos lahat struggling," said coach Siot Tanquingcen as his Beermen notched their seventh straight win and eighth in 15 games in all.

Eight Beermen, led by Danny Ildefonso with 20 points, rattled in at least 10 as they made mincemeat of the Dragons, pulling off their biggest win since a 95-55 rout of the RP team during the 2003 Invitational Cup.

It was also the most lopsided game in the conference thus far.

The Beermen actually led by as many as 45 points in the fourth quarter as they pounded and pummeled the Dragons’ lackadaisical showing.

Welcoat virtually bombed out of the tourney on its 13th loss against three wins.

The Beermen continued their dramatic surge in the leaderboard but Tanquingcen played down their chances for an outright semis seat.

"We’re not even in the Top Five yet. We’ll just try to keep on winning and see what happens," said Tanquingcen.

"I may sound ungrateful to our streak of victories. Ayaw ko lang talagang umasa ng masyadong mataas, masakit madapa," he added.

The Beermen, now on their longest streak since an eight-game run under coach Chot Reyes in the recent Philippine Cup, are likely to face an acid test against the Barangay Ginebra Kings Sunday.

They hardly faced any challenge against Welcoat with only Wayland White and Alex Compton hitting their shots. Junjun Cabatu made some baskets when the game had long been over.

For all intents and purposes, it was all over right at the half with the Beermen taking a 56-33 bulge.

Galen Young scattered 12 points in the opening quarter and his coach saw no more reason to field him much the rest of the way.

The Beermen went 9-of-25 from the arc, 36-of-56 from the two-point zone and 20-of-27 from the stripe in their torrid attack.

Chris Calaguio was 3-of-4 from the three-point area with LA Tenorio adding two.

Omanzie Rodriguez played his first game in San Miguel’s red and white jersey while Rommel Adducul sat out the game due to amoebiasis. (NC)
