augustmoon
Dupang palaging guto makaisa sa kapwa , mareklamo sa lahat ng bagay , feeling magaling all the time, mayabang maski wala naman, inggitera sa tagumpay ng iba , chismosa at mapagawa ng kwento. Sabi nila the best people to meet are the simple folks/pinoys na taga-bukid (as in tiga doon daw talaga) - tunay na mamabait and you see the best Filipino traits - that of being selfless, matiisin, mapagkumbaba, and being generous maski salat na sila sa buhay. Very rare do you find filipinos like this in the CITY. Edited October 19, 2006 by augustmoon Quote Link to comment
luscious36c
yung isa lang ang ininvite pero nagsasama ng iba, without asking...i think that's demonstrating lack of consideration for the host/hostess...also, not complying with the R.S.V.P. note... :thumbsdownsmiley: Quote Link to comment
Mandrake
Pag nasa buffet table, kuha dito kuha dun halos matapon na ang pagkain sa plato sa dami ng kinukuha without consideration to the rest of the guests waiting on line... akala mo mauubusan ng pagkain Quote Link to comment

SMIFE
My friend saw a co-employee (matanda na, plant-based sya) during their last Christmas Party. Sa magandang hotel ginawa yung party. Kumuha ng maraming pagkain, then dinala sa table niya. Tapos NILAGAY SA PLASTIC YUNG FOOD! Balik uli siya sa buffet table to get again... May iba pang nakakita sa kanya. Then without batting an eyelash, he just said, "bah, bayad na naman lahat yan." Anong tawag mo jan? Another: two employees here in the MidEast (sa subsidiary namin) were kicked out. Reason: STEALING! What a waste... :thumbsdownsmiley: Quote Link to comment
DarkAngel
May I take your order?" "Masarap kaya chicken nila?" :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr: Bakit di pa nila naisip mag-isip habang sampung minuto kaming tinutubuan ng ugat sa binti kakapila di ba? :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr: Quote Link to comment
lomex32
:grr: :grr: :grr: Quote Link to comment
CHINITALOVER
"Filipino time"...And worst, they'll come-up with the "traffic" reason...Hello! Nasa Pilipinas tayo, kaya wag na yang iRason! Quote Link to comment

taboolover
Hear hear to the comments above! Except the "manyak" post above, because I'm so very damn guilty of that! To add the list, my pet peeves are so-called "professional" people talking in "sward speak". I have nothing against gays and am not homophobic. I just hate how swardspeak degrades our language skill. And I hate how the tv networks subject child talents, some as young as 6y.o., to gossip-mongering and topics like having crushes and boyfriends. Next thing you know, we'll be hearing about 11 year old mothers on the news! I'm not a prude; I love sex and engaging in illicit fornication - but I'm an adult. It's irresponsible to treat kids this way. Quote Link to comment
wildasschic
the issue of who's mayaman and who's mahirap. I don't get it. REALLY. Quote Link to comment
MiG-29C
This is not to generalize those who are good citizens with exceptional character but there are some rotten eggs who are: 1. Tamad. 2. Reklamador. They complain and yet they don't come up with permanent, long term solutions to deal with the problem. They put the blame on the government. If you think wala ka na hope here, find a job overseas and make a difference. Once stable ka na, you could always come back here and start a new, better life. Don't blame these trapos. Who voted them into power in the first place? 3. Tax Evaders. 4. Ningas Kugon. Magaling lang sa umpisa. 5. Manana Habit. Puro mamaya na. Di ba dapat "Do what you can do for today for tomorrow is another day"? 6. I don't like those who pay bribes and grease money in order to facilitate a faster, trouble free transaction. 7. Crab Mentality. Self explanatory. 8. Yung mga wala or kulang sa disiplina. To quote BF... Kung may pila, huwag sumingit and fall in line. Special consideration should only be accorded to elders, pregnant women, the differently abled. Obey traffic rules and regulations. Heck! If you've ever been to Subic, you'll know what I mean. If kaya nila, I don't see why the rest of the country can't do the same. 9. Plastic. 10. Social Climbers. Some would do practically anything and everything para lang masabi they're "in" or sosyal. Be real. It doesn't really matter if you're well-blessed or less fortunate. What you lack, it's gonna be compensated by something else. Associate yourself with people of high esteem and good reputation for it's better to be alone than be in bad company. Before you start pointing at somebody else with an accusing finger, remember this - your other fingers are pointing toward you. So think about it. Quote Link to comment
