for dividend yield? most reit are played for dividends and not on upward movements. long term buy is you have excess funds.

Got lucky with AREIT. Dividends plus higher stock value than IPO. Always bet on ayala I guess

agree with you on this. they got lucky.. i bought some when it went below ipo price. only for higher dividend yield. but was surprised that it shot up. anyways with the current low interest rates reits are making a killing in the market

I use firstmetrosec operated by metrobank. Using their website that uses the original layout. Their other websites use a layout that is too cluttered to look at.

Gusto ko invest AP aboitiz power at SCC semirara, 2,000 shares each. would cost me around 100k para sa dalawa. Any advise?

ap would still be a good buy. but it went up already from the low of 23.  scc kasi majority coal. though i still have some at 30 before

try also look at agi. it may look nicer once emp gets listed at the sgx. sayang nga i sold emp too early
