Dahil sa recent rate cut naka position Ako ngayon sa Financial Stocks Currently, Ang fortpolio ko ay 1 REIT 2 utility stocks 1 financial/bank stock 1 mining stock (nickel) More on dividend-focused yung strategy ko for now, target ko around 5–6% dividend yield with relatively stable fundamentals. Long-term investing Yung habol ko, so steady cash flow habang nagco-compound over time. Open ako sa constructive advice kung may suggestions kayo sa diversification, risk management, or kung may sector na kulang pa sa portfolio ko that I need to consider.
